I never leave reviews but this is probably the most disappointing auto service I’ve ever had. Came in and just needed an oil change. I was told it would take 40 mins which is already way too long but okay fine. Ended up taking an hour and a half. Its insane. They filled my oil up and the tech forgot to put the filter back on so the oil drained out completely and had to be redone. I went from being on time for a meeting to VERY late. They weren’t busy I was 1 of 3 customers and eventually the only customer. There is no urgency at all. I don’t expect it to be done immediately but no more than 30 mins max especially with no other customers.

Update————
Marvin was great- no complaints
Sunday 10/26 I took my car(2025 Tesla 16k miles) into Mavis to see about my tires because my tire pressure came on Friday and I notice that my car was driving a different due to construction done around my home which I expected my wheels just probably needed to be rebalance. I know I didn’t need an alignment because my car wasnt veering to the right or the left. So they told me a needed to two back tires and a balance okay in which I paid for it. They finish the work I left and as I was getting down the road I noticed my car vibrating and I called and told them that and Marvin told me to bring the vehicle back and mechanics said that they need to balance the front tires out. I left and went home. The next morning 10/26 I was driving to work I notice a vibration at 45 mph and higher and I called and spoke with the Manager Harold and he told me to bring it in and I did but when I got there and we test drove the car together no vibration and he told me if I notice anything different give him a call. 10/28 I was driving to working my whole car was shaking at 25 mph and higher I recorded what I was experiencing and called the shop and I was asked to text the video to them but never received a call. When I got off work I went straight there and show Harold 3 more videos of what was going on. I told him since they have changed my back tires and balance my car has gotten worse. I have videos of how my car was driving a week ago to now. Now I am not no expert in tires but I do know common sense on knowing that either it was a bad tire or the balance wasn’t done. Harold and the mechanics told me that I had a wop(bent) in my front passenger rim and showed me the balance was off and they had to put some weights on the rim/inner wheel to show me whatever they were showing me. I again reiterate to Harold that I have a bent rim and recorded the conversation to make sure that i was understanding the diagnosis which I knew was not right. As I was going home I saw a tire shop and stopped to get a second opinion and told them was going on with my vehicle and the mechanic said it sounds like the balance wasn’t done right. As the mechanic began to take the right passenger wheel off he notice the weights inside the wheel and said that is not suppose to be in there and and check the tire. As a result I was told that the balance wasn’t done correctly and the rim to wheel was adjusted correctly so I had to pay to have all four tires rebalance because you can’t just rebalance one wheel especially for a job that was not done correctly. I have videos and pics and as well as receipt and invoice of the work I had to do to get my car from vibrating. Before any work was done to my car I asked Mavis team over the phone and in person have they work on Tesla or Ev vehicles because I am unable to get into a Tesla dealership until 36 days from now and the lady on the phone and the guys at the shop said yes. But after going to another tire shop to fix the issue that mavis cause and couldn’t fix that means that wasn’t knowledgeable about ev tires at all or knew what they were doin. This is my written complaint. Instead of taking accountability yall tried to blame it on something else (bent rim and I have to contact the state or city to get fix or reimburse). I will definitely not be coming back here at all.
