The vehicle did not make contact with anything in the road or any other object. An appointment was made for this location. Delivered the vehicle to the location. One of the advisors/salesmen sold my fiancée a new tire, (thank you) then advised she required an alignment (unnecessary due to the nature of the tire failure). She called me explaining the excessive price of the replacement. She explained they told her this was a necessary part of the job to be completed. I was unavailable to be reached. I could not tell her, this was in fact, not a necessity. The predatory sales, and making use of a position where you are in a place to provide a service for people in need is absolutely pitiful. If this was your wife, or your family member, would you appreciate them being oversold? Don’t let your wife go alone.
