I was told I would be called back numerous times and never did. Had my car for 2 weeks for a front bumper. I asked them to also fix my back hatch, which I was going to pay for. Never did it. I asked about it when I picked it up and was told the part was on back order and I could go to auto one and pick it up myself. Do not recommend. Kaylee Noojin

They were incredible from setting the appointment, working with my insurance, and helping to set up a rental car. The repair tech was also upfront with timelines and provided regular updates, which I really appreciated. They did an incredible job fixing it and it looks like the accident never happened! I hope you will never need their services, but if you do, I would highly recommend Gerber.
