However, Adam and Karen were very helpful, provided great resources and recommendations for me to fix what I needed to fix and go about my day. I appreciate them so much for their help, advice and recommendations. My car is running smoothly now. Thank you again Adam and Karen!

- BPben pattersonNov 12, 20251.0Came in today to buy a new battery for my wife's vehicle. I asked for some tools to go ahead and swap out the battery and get them the core. They refused and said it was against their policy. I told the guy that I had bought the battery that's in the vehicle from them 3 years ago and changed it out in this very parking lot with tools from AutoZone. He said that it was the the manager's policy. So they refused to let me use tools to swap out the battery which every other AutoZone has always done and then watched me jump off my wife's vehicle with my truck in the parking lot. Change your ridiculous policy and I will take this one star review down.
