- BBBrandon6 days ago2.0Great job repairing my brakes. Sadly I went for a bike ride on Friday, and was confused when my wireless headphones were nowhere to be found in my center console. They stole them. It is my fault for not emptying out my car of valuables but it’s sad that this is why we will never get the chance to live in a high trust society. Never coming back again.

After I got the spare put on, I drive to Mavis and got there at 4:58 pm. As I got out of my car, the representative opened the door for me as I walked up. Not only did he address my issue immediately, he took my car in, a new tire was placed, and all tires were balanced. I was back in my car within 30 minutes. I was amazed. The level of customer service at this company and location is superior. I won't use another tire store. The other thing I will mention is that Mavis has a free air machine. And it works, unlike some others at gas stations.
