When they called back to give me pricing I offered to turn the car on from my phone and they said they’d work on it in the parking lot. Long story short, I get it home that evening and by the morning it’s flat. I drive it back to be checked out. The manager on duty this morning isn’t customer friendly. The rest of the staff was very polite. When the manager said they didn’t have access to pull it in a bay yesterday, I said but I did offer that his reply was “ok and? You’d still have this problem with your wheel” it was at that moment I realized talking to him was pointless. While it may be a wheel issue (I don’t know yet), knowing that yesterday when the place he referred to fix it was open, would have made all the difference. But also, I’ve brought multiple cars here just this year, I wouldn’t come back again based on the manager alone. I always appreciate learning when I need to take my money elsewhere. It’s all good. The place he referred me to was helpful by phone and told me what to do to get through the weekend until they reopen. Customer service goes a long way.
