I gave her all of my vehicle information and she gave me an appointment same day. I get there and another associate takes a look at my car and comes back to tell me they won't let them replace two tires because it's an AWD, mind you I gave the lady my info. Anyway, I go to Discount Tires and their associate told me the same thing BUT explained WHY. He said it was up to the customer. I gladly gave them my $500. I respect policies and procedures but don't just be matter of fact with customers especially if you want them to come back because to me it felt like he was just trying to sell me four tires...smh
