  The service at the Dacula Market location is always superb! We love it when Matt is our technician - his communication and focus on answering our questions is genuine. We are fortunate to have this team accessible to our home.

  Absolutely love coming to express oil change in dacula. Steven is my go to mechanic and there’s no one better in my opinion. Steven always gives it to me straight, from when I need to do a regular service or a repair, Steven always walks me through what’s needed, what’s coming down the line and what I can do to take the best care of my car to avoid costly repairs. There is no one I trust more with my vehicle. I’ve even gone so far as to drive from Marietta to Dacula because with him, I trust I’m in good hands.

  My family and I have been coming to express oil change ever since they’ve opened. It’s always been a pleasant experience. All the workers are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. Today we had Armin attend us and it was awesome experience. We came for an oil change and we were out in a timely manner. He let us know we needed two new front tires due to the thread being low and printed us a sheet with three different prices for tires to give us options. He never made us feel pressured to get anything done. Keep up the awesome job guys!

  My first oil change visit i asked for a quote on replacing a specific sensor (my previous shop quoted me several hundred $) . The tech at this express told me they’d be happy to do it,but there was a much cheaper alternative on amazon. The alternative has been working great! On my most recent visit, a discount didn’t get applied and i didn’t initially catch it. They could have easily said ‘sorry, not sorry’ but they rectified it above and beyond. They earned my trust to service all our vehicles! Highly recommend!

  I had another five-star experience at Express Oil and continue to use them for every oil change because they are consistently friendly and fast. The employees always explains everything in clear, layman’s terms and make me feel completely in control of what services I choose (while still taking the time to explain why they recommend anything additional, never with pressure). I I love that you stay in your car the entire time - the oil change takes less than 15 minutes. Check for a coupon on their website that can save you a few dollars or more. I’ve also purchased tires here and really appreciated how they clearly explained the pros and cons of each tire tier so I could make an informed decision. Excellent service, excellent staff, and a consistently great experience.
