I have always had help in the replacement of all of these parts until today. I needed to replace my rear windshield wiper amd was told they don't replace it for me. Im 70, walk with a cane gingerly. If I could stand and do it, I would, but I can't. I called another store in town and they have my part in stock and offered to replace it for me.

I heard two guys bs-ing about going out but nobody was up front. I left shortly after arriving. You never know who you're going to get as it seems there are new face there every week. Got a response ... wasn't really looking for one. Looking to make it right? Address the concerns I noted. I'm not looking for anything more than decent customer service.
