  Have a prepaid membership for another vehicle so I planned on purchasing one for recently purchased truck. Was unable to prepay online and the attendants were unable to do it without their manager’s help (not there that day). Decided to get a wash while there and left scratches and a gouge on the side of my truck. Since the manager, Philip was not there, I returned the following day to file an incident report. Received a follow up email from corporate stating that they have denied the claim to fix the damage.

  I came through the car wash today and had an excellent experience. The worker Amira was very attentive, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. I’ve been coming to this wash for years, and this was one of the best visits I’ve had. Definitely appreciate the effort and great customer service

  I came in for a car wash and vacuum and Amira was really helpful. It was my first time coming to the car wash and she told me how everything works and what other services you offer.

  I came through and Amira went above and beyond to help me choose the correct wash for me! Although I don’t live in the area her charm alone was almost enough to sell me a membership.
