  Plenty of pumps and parking spaces, and clean bathrooms. Staff is friendly, and helpful. Plenty of hot food items, drinks, and pastries. Conveniently located at the intersection of Hwy 141 (Peachtree Parkway) and Ronald Reagan Parkway across from the Collective Shopping Complex. I'll be back!

  I visited RaceTrac around 11:50 PM, expecting normal service since it’s supposed to be a 24-hour store. I asked where the water was, and the employee simply pointed to the right side without much effort to assist. When I picked up a Deer Park water and asked for the price, he told me it was “$20 or $16.” The way it was said felt dismissive and unclear, and honestly it made me feel uncomfortable—almost like I was being judged for even asking or like I couldn’t afford it. I was genuinely surprised because that’s not a normal price for a regular bottle of water. When I asked him to double-check, instead of verifying or clarifying, he just brushed it off and told me to go scan it myself at the self-checkout. The entire interaction felt rushed, rude, and unprofessional. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated—just a simple price check—but I was made to feel like an inconvenience for asking. I understand everyone can have long shifts, but basic courtesy matters in customer service. A simple, polite response or willingness to confirm the price would have completely changed the experience. Unfortunately, this left a very negative impression, and I hope it is taken seriously so future customers are treated with more respect and professionalism.

  The staff in the store won’t unlock the door and let you use bathrooms/self checkout. They just don’t want to deal with people at night.

  I had a frustrating experience with this business due to them not honoring a stated price. I was quoted a specific price upfront, and based on that, I agreed to move forward. When it came time to pay, the price suddenly changed with no clear or reasonable explanation. If a business advertises or quotes a price, customers should be able to trust that it will be honored. Changing the price afterward feels misleading and unprofessional. Clear communication and integrity matter, and unfortunately, this experience lacked both. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to get everything in writing before doing business here.
