  The staff was kind and helpful. I came in because my sunroof is leaking. Preston took a look at it right away. He changed out what he could, but since the shop doesn’t specialize in bodywork, he wasn’t 100% sure that the issue was fixed, so he gave me some recommendations and didn’t charge anything because of that uncertainty. Throughout the process, he explained everything to me and was very helpful overall.

  The Mavis tire location in Cumming, Georgia is the best! Iris and Lisa manage the store location in a way that I have not seen at any other! They are extremely helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure that the customers here are very well taken care of. The service technicians even came in from the garage to explain the things that needed done to my vehicle, and made sure that I was comfortable before I left. As I have not received great care or respect at the Dawsonville location in the recent past, I will always be driving the extra mile to go to the Cumming location. Corporate should take note from Lisa and Iris on how to run a business as I have contacted corporate directly as well, and never received a reply. Thanks Cumming Mavis!!! You guys are the best!!!

  This place was great! I had a screw in my tire and I just showed up to get it repaired. Immediately, I had someone looking at my tire. She showed real concern and had one of the technicians outside to get my truck. She walked me to the waiting area and told me not to worry about a thing; I would be back on the road in no time. It’s really nice to see that there are people out there that still care. I was in and out like she said, and if I lived in the area, I would certainly come back to this location. Everyone here was just as friendly as she was. You don’t see that much these days. Hats off to this location and I highly recommend you bring your auto needs here. Thank you Mavis and keep up the great work!!!

  I called Mavis and was sent to the store to help me with a tire plug on a Sunday morning. Mavis said that they had an appointment waiting for me, but when I walked in, they were unwilling to help. They suggested I go to a different Mavis that might have more availability even though a tire plug takes all of five minutes. We will never be back! Highly suggest going to the Mavis in Suwanee off Peachtree Parkway

  Reliable place for tire replacement and repair. They always have my tires in stock so it’s my go-to for urgent tire problems. The staff is very friendly and easy going. They work with you on getting the best prices. They help keep your car in good shape by prioritizing repairs to also help you out financially. The staff is also very honest and doesn’t just try to sell you anything you don’t need.
