- AJAli Al JumailiApr 22, 20265.0Had TPMS sensor light came on the dashboard. I thought I have a flat tire. I called the store and they worked me in such short notice. Cesar went ahead and checked all tires first and he found nothing wrong with tires, then he checked all TPMS. He found one of the sensors not communicating with the vehicle, so he had to re-learn one of the sensors to the computer and the tire low pressure is no longer on the dashboard. I really appreciate the honesty and the service of this store. Will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

This was the second Mavis that the corporate call center had sent me to who just refused to help me even though the call center had made me appointments. Don’t recommend. Go down the street to the other Mavis on Peachtree Parkway and they will help you out with a smile!!!

From the moment I walked in, Cesar and his trainee welcomed me warmly and made me feel comfortable right away. I truly appreciated Cesar’s honesty in letting me know I did not need to replace all four tires at this time. That level of transparency meant a lot to me. The service was efficient, the waiting area was comfortable, and everyone I interacted with—including the technician—was pleasant and very courteous throughout the visit. Thank you so much, Cesar and the Mavis Tires team! I highly recommend this location.
