  ⭐ 1 star I have my tires rotated at this Goodyear location regularly because of its proximity to my home and because free rotations were included with my tire purchase. On my most recent visit I also agreed to an oil change after they offered to match a competitor’s price. I understand that showing a customer their filters during an oil change is likely standard practice and a courtesy. I have no issue with that. What I do take issue with is that the front desk associate showed them to me from behind the counter, holding them up at eye level in a way that felt uncomfortably close and pressuring, repeatedly urging me to look at how dirty they were. He then told me my filter hadn’t been changed since 2024, pointing to a date printed on the side. That date is the manufacturer’s production date NOT the installation date. Someone who has worked in automotive service for years knows that. Using it to make a customer feel negligent about their car maintenance is dishonest. I declined the $108.30 charge and said I’d handle it myself. What concerned me most came after I got home. I had ordered both replacement filters on Amazon for $27 and they arrived the next day. When I went to change them, something I do myself regularly , the screws on the engine air filter housing were cranked down so tightly that I could not remove them with a screwdriver or a wrench. Additionally, one screw had been broken. A mechanic I consulted afterward had the same difficulty with the screws. I’ve attached photos. A screw was broken on my car and I was never told. I’m not even suggesting it was intentional accidents happen. But if you break something on a customer’s car, you replace it. You don’t leave it for the customer to discover on their own. I hope management will look into this.

  Always excellent service! Sal is fantastic as well as every hands-on mechanic. We have 5 cars that they service and this store stands behind their work. We have been with them for over a decade and share referrals often with friends and family. Scott Blatchford was the operator and couldn’t have been better! We 5/5 stars - well run, clean, professional and friendly!

  Sal and Scott are the sweetest! They’re our family car guys and we’ve been coming to them for years. I drive all the way from Buckhead because I trust them so much. They’re worth the drive!

  I’ve been taking my cars to the Goodyear on Old Atlanta road for four years now. Prior to that, I only went to the dealerships. Hindsight is always a bugger. I would commute from wherever I landed, if I had to move, to work with Scott Blatchford and his team at Goodyear. Just remarkable. They always do a superb job. They truly love cars. And they never gouge on costs. No upsell, just the facts. I’ve been there when I thought it would cost me an arm and a leg and they end up doing a tweak on something free of charge. Scott is always courteous, always gets you in, and just an all around great guy. I can’t recommend Goodyear enough. Well, the Old Atlanta road location anyway. Thanks team! Really appreciate you!
