- JHJoseph HaufDec 13, 20251.0EVGo seems beyond incompetent. Poor GM…what a horse to tie your carriage to. Mostly no charging due to system error issues - just a persistent and common theme for them. Incapable customer service all of the time. They could hardly try less. Drive by, save your time, look for ChargePoint. You can expect a completely different (better) experience, consistently. Nearest one is just down at Marketplace. Short drive.

The charging speed was not as fast as expected, and I encountered some broken connectors during my visit. Despite expecting higher output, the highest charging rate I received was 22KW. This experience was disappointing, especially considering the increasing demand for efficient charging stations in the EV community.
