  I’ve been renting from this location for over 6 years. Within the past month I’ve had two of my worst experiences here. Back to back. Totally unreliable.

  Very poor customer service at this location. I arrived at 4:30 PM, a little before my 5:30 PM reservation, and the sales executive was extremely rude. When I returned at the scheduled time, they refused to honor my reservation and claimed no SUVs were available. Very disappointing experience — I had to cancel my reservation. I was warned about this location, and unfortunately, I made the mistake of booking here

  They said it will be a flat weekly rate for a long time rental. However, when I called in to extend the associate onsite had no clue of what the online associate had said and had no notes. He was not ready to hear abt my conversation and details. Had to return the rental as the promised discounts were not available and paid full amount. Renting from other company now

  I have experienced extremely poor customer service throughout this rental. From the moment I picked up the vehicle, multiple warning lights were illuminated on the dashboard. I contacted the customer service center more than four times, yet no action was taken. I also visited the Cumming location twice, and both times they refused to exchange the vehicle. The car is not safe to drive, and the lack of concern shown by the staff is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Enterprise and strongly advise others to reconsider renting from them.
