He explained everything he and his team was doing, and he made sure I was alright with and understood everything he said.

I have a few additional needs for my vehicle and I was informed the importance or each item and which should be taken care of 1st. They were not pushy on upselling window wipers as most places are but did ask. Will be back and at this location

I have never been treated with such care and attentiveness before, and I have been going to Valvoline for many, many years. Trent the service manager made sure all the pre checks were done before we even entered the garage! He is so polite and courteous with the process, kept us updated on everything and even gave a 15% discount on our service! I can tell this crew really prioritizes their customers and their cars, is very knowledgeable on their jobs and helpful with every question I had. 10/10 service!!! I will be making this Valvoline my regular stop for all vehicle checkups and services. ☺️☺️

I asked if they could remove it from the screen. The employee here tried to reset it by connecting my car to a device, but said he didn't know how to reset it because my car is a 2024 model and there was nothing he could do. I asked how I would know when my next oil change was due if this warning kept appearing on my screen. He said there was nothing he could do. This is completely ridiculous. I will never come here again. The employee was definitely very rude. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Had my battery die on me while in the store, so I walked over to ask if they did battery’s, not only did they help me with a new battery cheaper then buying it my self, but installed. They even walked over with me to the car with a jump pack to help get the car over to the shop. Keep up the great work
