  Top-notch service! Jacob Stanley was attentive, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his work. My car was spotless, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Will absolutely be back!

  I came here the 23rd and cones were blocking the entrance. Was confused, but figured they were on a break or something. I came back an hour later and it was still closed despite the hours saying open. I tried to call to see if the equipment was broken or something, and the phone service is one of those atrocious "press 1 for this, press 2 for this..." things. It is actually so infuriating. I could not get a hold of anyone. I don't respect any business that uses those.

  I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the car wash. After the “wash,” my vehicle was still dirty — there was clearly dust and residue left on the body. Moreover, while I was waiting, I noticed that other customers were leaving with dirty cars as well. It feels like they simply do not pay proper attention to the quality of their work. Money wasted. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

  As others have said this carwash has really gone downhill. My previous experience was the worst yet. I paid $30 for their best exterior wash ($27 on website). Upon completion of the wash, I noticed the very tattered rags did not come down and dry off my vehicle. I also noticed that my tires were not shined. To make matters worse, the vacuum did not work in the bay I used to finish cleaning. Oh let’s not forget the wet rags they always have. After, I finished I went in to complain about the service I paid for, but did not get. The 3 young gentleman sitting in the office said the manager did not work on weekends and they did have any contact information for him. They told me sorry and that I could run my vehicle back through. I told them I had already finished and didn’t want to do that because it was so busy the first time that I had wait for a bay. Why would I want to wait in line again when I came there to save time? I will never use this carwash again. In fact, that same day I took my other vehicle to the Wash Factory Express carwash on hwy 20. That place was the complete opposite of Take 5 carwash, except the price. Everything in working order, dry rag, and I got what I paid for!
