While I was there one of the technicians saw I was going to cross the busy street to Publix and assured me my car was almost done so I wouldn’t have to cross a busy road with no crosswalks or sidewalks. My glass isn’t a typical replacement as I have a Tesla and they still had me in and out very quickly. I can’t speak highly enough of the extra mile all the staff at this location went. I hope this reaches corporate at some capacity so they know how lucky they are to have the people who are working at this location.

The technician made it to the jobsite before I did, which was in the parking lot of my employer. When I showed up, he had already started preparing the area for the job. He was dressed professionally and was friendly. Not only did he replace my windshield but in the process, he also fixed my wiggly rearview mirror. I’m forever grateful Because that dumb mirror drove me nuts for the last couple years. The whole process took about an hour and a half. It was a perfect experience.
