I waited 15 minutes, ringing the bell several times. As I passed by the side doors back to my car, I look inside to find the girl inside. I waved as she looked at me. Nothing. I went back & rang the bell again. Nothing. Will I ever come back again? Doubtful. WHY PUT A SIGN OUT THAT SAYS WE CAN BUY STUFF THROUGH THE WINDOW WHEN WE CANNOT?

- BMBarry McLawhornAug 6, 20251.0Buyer Beware!!! Do not shop here!!! This Racetrac is Overcharging at the register versus the prices they are posting on the shelf. Tonight I went in to buy a candy bar. The Buttetfinger was priced at $2.19 on the Racetrac store shelf. I took it up to the self-checkout - because there was not a working employee or manager visible in the store. When I scanned the Butterfinger bar...the registered showed the price as $2.49 NOT the shelf price of $2.19. (See the attached photos)... I complained to the elderly employee who looked like a deer in the headlight as I showed her the price on the shelf and the 30 cents of theft...she said "You're right, it is wrong - let me get a manager." The manager who acted annoyed barked out rudely "the price on the register is the price." I announced firmly, "not for me, you can keep the Buttrfinger - I don' t play these games. You're a thief!" Note: If you look closely on the UPC label on the shelf and on the register...they both clearly say "Butterfinger Reg." This is 100% illegal... "In Georgia, it is illegal to charge a higher price at the register than the price displayed on the shelf. This is a violation of Georgia law, specifically Georgia Code 10-1-393, which covers deceptive trade practices. Consumers are entitled to pay the lowest advertised or posted price for a product." As you can see above the snotty manager refused to comply with this law. I will be filing formal complaints with The Attorney General. Additionally this Racetrac likes to lock the doors and hide or laugh at you when you press the pass-thru box button... This is also illegal under GA law when this Racetrac has Open 24 Hours boldly posted on their store signage. "Yes, in Georgia, advertising a business as "open 24 hours" on signage when it's not actually open for 24 hours could be considered a form of deceptive advertising." I would give this store and it's management a -10 if Google allowed it.
