I paid for the 2nd tier wash and then was asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the person that would guide my car in. I did tip thinking that my car would get a pre wash and maybe get some debris knocked off the car. The person only guided me and did nothing else. The car wash did not get off 2 day old bird poop on my car. Not only did I tip for absolutely no service but paid for the car wash that could not properly clean my car.
