  I had a great experience here. The staff was very professional and paid attention to every detail. My car looks brand new! The service was quick but thorough. Highly recommend.

  Paid $27 for a titanium to end like this no window cleaners degreasers or complimentary towels 1 dollar per towel. Honestly not worth it take your business elsewhere this is a waste of money. Won’t be coming back

  Ye, be warned all who enter. I've been here at least a dozen times before with no issues and the same aftermarket equipment installed that I've had time and time before. With the same adjustment. Never having been changed. But this time upon rolling up to pay at the turnstile, I hear a voice come over the radio talking about how she doesn't think it'll work with my lights, to which my reply was. I've been through many, many times with no issues. It'll be all right. Well, to my surprise, at the end, the piece that is supposed to be in the retracted position (per the selection of the attendant) was in the down position. And caught my lights etc pulling them and twisting them all sorts of contorted and causing the wiring harnes to smack my windshield elongating cracks. Long story short tried to express my frustration to the GM Lexi (pulls up Lauren on caller id when she called) on duty. Because turns out, that was the assistant manager operating the tunnel, and she conveniently just left to go home. Was completely dismissed and basically said that even though it's been fine in the past. Shouldn't do it anymore - SAY LESS - no more business from me. And you bet I'll tell people to run, not walk, the other direction from this place for whatever that's worth. My take is if you have any kind of aftermarket avoid this place, it may be good to go a dozen times but that last one you'll take the hit for someone needing to be right. Hopefully it hasn't damaged the roof, time and professional inspection will tell. But while writing this, I got a call already covering their behinds. How convenient that all there claims are handled in house whenever I asked for the corporate information about damages. Shout out to the assistant manager if you happen to read this i hope whatever it is in you that justifies being right that bad is healed one day truly for your sake coming from one imperfect person to another.

  I had left this car wash a very bad review about two years ago for aggressive practices when approaching people paying at the entrance. They had scared my mom and also annoyed me on several occasions. I stopped going there and started going to a competitor even though they charged significantly more. I was in a rush last week and decided to just grunt and bare it to get a quick wash since I needed to drive my boss and my car wash embarrassingly filthy. I have to say they are still doing the annoying keeping a person by the pay station thing but so far during two visits, zero pressure to join their membership or upgrade to expensive plans. Additionally, I got a compliment at work about how awesome my car looked the next day. That being the case, making this a five star for now and going to use this car was on the rare occasion when I do wash my cars. Thank you.

  Very disappointing experience. After leaving the facility, I noticed scratches and paint damage on the front bumper that were not present when I arrived. I am 100% sure this damage occurred while my car was washed. I take great care of my vehicle, so this was immediately noticeable. I expected better care and accountability. Hoping management reaches out and makes this right.
