Lisa scanned my tires to confirm all the TPMS sensors were good, then reprogrammed the computer to establish tire pressure readings again. Normally a $25 charge, but Lisa just took care of me no charge. Really friendly and excellent service. Thank you, Lisa.

It took 2 hours to complete the battery replacement and they never looked at the TPMS issue. The store manager blatantly lied to me about the status of my car because she was operating the facility with a limited staff. The overall experience was terrible and the actions of the store manager cost them a customer for life. One star too many on my review.
