    Went to Herbert because another mechanic tightened the oil filter so tight could not get off. Herbert was great and was able to get the filter off with no issues. Also got me in right away.

    Stephanie and Cody Bennett are the greatest of all time and you can see the team all works well together ! Ive been to several herberts and this one is the best by far. They handle every situation elegantly and empathetically and communicate effectively! Thank you!!!

    Had to get an emissions test done. The people who do the emissions were on break. The wonderful and friendly manager Stephanie agreed to do the emissions on her own! Very nice to have a shop close by that cares enough about their customers to keep them coming back. Great job Stephanie! Give that girl a raise!

    I had my emissions done this afternoon at Herbert Automotive and had a great experience. Derek and Shane were both incredibly kind and welcoming, and the shop immediately gave off a home-y, comfortable vibe. Derek especially had me laughing — he’s excellent with customer service and really makes the experience feel easy and stress-free. They were extremely quick with my emissions test, and I was in and out with no problem at all. They also took the time to give me some valuable advice about my car, which I truly appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, friendly service.
