I can genuinely say they have always superseded my expectations in really checking out my vehicles and asking me if I was aware. Like today I didn’t know I had a tail light out and I asked them to replace. Every tire was about 10 lbs off. They fixed! Now it drives so much better! Not to forget all the fluids the checked and filled! I feel so much safer driving!

When I booked the appointment, I was told they would perform a general visual inspection, check fluids and and check underneath of the car for rust. Based on that, I reasonably expected the vehicle to be put on a lift as well. Instead, the inspection lasted about 30 minutes and the car was never lifted, only a quick look underneath with a flashlight. At checkout, the person at the register could not explain the findings. He simply said “everything looks good” and mentioned the tires “could be better.” When I specifically asked about brake life and tire life, he didn’t know and shrugged, saying the technician “didn’t mention anything.” That’s not acceptable for a pre-purchase inspection. The most concerning part: the AC was not working at al, and they didn’t catch it. I discovered this myself before paying the dealership. Checking HVAC functionality should be a basic part of any pre-purchase inspection. I understand it was after 5pm, but the shop was open until 7, and I was still paying for a service. This was my first visit, and I chose this shop because of the strong reviews. Unfortunately, this was the worst pre-purchase inspection I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning.
