They did not overcharge me for any unnecessary items. "One thing that you notice from these repair shops is that they try to overcharge you for other things that you really don't need done". And I can proudly say that this place (herbert automotive) did not do that.They did not overcharge me for anything unnecessary, and they only did what I asked to be done. They also gave me a lot of good information for maintenance on my vehicle sence it has over 200k miles. They told me I needed a new battery, and they showed me proof of why I need a new battery, they also gave me options to purchase one from them, but they were not trying to push me into buying one. which I do appreciate. I started my own company and I will be starting a fleet maintenance agreement with herbert automotive because this is how I would like to be treated when my vehicle needs maintenance!
