- MBMissi BushDec 31, 20251.0This was the worst experience I've ever encountered at a repair shop. I took my son's car in for a transmission fluid flush and a couple of filters. I arrived at 10:56am on Friday, December 19th (no appointment needed per the shop when called the day before). After sitting there for an hour and 40 minutes and after watching numerous customers come and go, I walked out of the waiting room, asked the front desk clerk what was going on with the car. He proceeded to tell me "oh, they brought over the wrong fluid." I told him it would have been really nice if someone had told me, that I know it wasn't his fault, but HORRIBLE customer service. I then went back to the waiting room, only to wait another hour and finally left at 2:26pm. They apologized, said they got on to the employee(s) that brought the wrong fluid over, gave me $80 off of a $405 charge and sent me on my way. This is absolutely pathetic and I would strongly encourage anyone thinking about using Goodyear to not use the Bethelview location.

They broke off 2 lug nuts when taking off the tire which resulted in having to replace the whole wheel assembly over $371, then expected me to pay for something they mechanic broke. Then they nickel and dime with everything including charging for shop rags they use. Never will go back. Customer service is unprofessional.

His customer service was excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back here to replace my tires when the time comes. Highly recommend!
