- JCJ C3 days ago5.0Had an issue with an oil leak after having the oil changed at another oil change tire shop. Frank and Jason and crew diagnosed the issue quickly. Best option for me not trusting the other company, was to get another oil change at Express Oil Change because I felt Frank and Jason were upfront and honest on the issue. Will be back for future oil changes because the high level of service at this location. Thank you Frank and Jason and crew.

- SEShogy EasowNov 6, 20252.0Just do oil change, don’t do any added service, I been there few times, I had ok experience, last time they try to scam with throttle plate/ fuel injection cleaning for $120 and i watched and they never even open the hood, all they did was put some fuel injector cleaner in the fuel tank. When i confronted them (I was so polite and may be under played) they scrambled i didn’t want to push it hard as I empathize with them making few additional bucks in this economy. They told me my vehicle is turbo and they can’t do throttle plate cleaning. I asked them if I don’t confront him they will sell that lie to me which they cleaned throttle plate? I saw he did the same thing to one customer ahead of me. This manger want to disappear as he don’t have any defense, I feel petty and let it go with a warning. I know in this economy every shop is trying to make some money ( as they struggling) but dishonest act is not the way.
