- JHJoseph HaufDec 13, 20251.0EVGo seems beyond incompetent. Poor GM…what a horse to tie your carriage to. Mostly no charging due to system error issues - just a persistent and common theme for them. Incapable customer service all of the time. They could hardly try less. Drive by, save your time, look for ChargePoint. You can expect a completely different (better) experience, consistently. Nearest one is just down at Marketplace. Short drive.

- ZHZemin HuOct 12, 20255.0I went to North Georgia Outlet Mall with my wife. and panicked after finding out the EV Charging Station was terminated. Then this one is the closest EV Charging station, hope this charging station would operate normally for long time. The location is good, we bought ice cream next to it while we were waiting. It took 6 minutes to charge from 30% to 50% for my Leaf 2015. The right one was out of order, so only 2 stations are working.
