  I’ve had such great experiences with Enterprise! The whole team is always welcoming, professional, and efficient. Bary has helped me multiple times and he’s incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely kind. Their customer service is consistently top-tier. I truly appreciate how smoothly they execute everything every visit!

  The Cumming Bethelview location is tops for service and professionalism. Check out is timely, quick, and your vehicle doesn’t smell like a carton of ciggies. Additionally the manager Barry is outstanding and his enthusiasm shows. I bypass several locations because the service is so great here

  Rented through the National web site, Enterprise owns National. I have rented with National dozens of times and it is easy and the folks are laid back. When I arrived at Enterprise to pick up the car it was too small and I needed a bigger one. They redid the contract with the Enterprise terms instead of the National terms and I got the very short end of a stick. It was TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH! High pressure and while they were charging me for 5 days they made me commit to a return time that was shorter than 5 days and said there would be late fees if I returned it late even though I would have have 4.5 more hours based on the daily rental terms. Also with National I get up to 11 drivers with no charges and no ids to show, Enterprise says me and my wife only or they need to see the IDs of the others and there is a charge. Won't use Enterprise again!
