  Worst customer service ever. I booked an Audi x5 for my trip to Florida. I paid the fee and it was clearer showed that this was the car I was going to get. The morning of picking up the car, I am told there is no Audi x5 SUV available. They then tried to give us a sedan when we clearly paid the higher fee for an SUV for this trip. The website is showing cars for people to rent and pay for as a scam. They have no cars available and you will not get wha you paid for. They kept saying over and over we don’t have that car what about this what about this. THAT IS NOT THE POINT. If I pay for a specific car to rent and it’s advertised as such then that is what I am expecting to receive. They are lying about what cars they have available, not offering a discount or anything to try and make this situation for the customer. I’m fine with having to get another car, I know that happened but you pay for a luxury rental and then are tried to be given a ford sedan….I want my money back. Our trip has now been delayed thanks to enterprise. We have booked with enterprise before and we will no longer be booking with them again.

  I am currently in a rental while repairs are being done on my personal vehicle. My rental is through my insurance company. The employees at this location are amazing. I rent frequently from other companies and different enterprise locations for personal use, so I am very familiar with the good and the bad in renting a vehicle. The customer service I received from the 3 gentlemen I interacted with left me stunned. They were kind, funny, and went out of their way to help me. I haven't experienced that level of service in many years in regards to car rental. I live 2 hours from this location but will definitely go out of my way to use them instead of locations that are closer to my home in the future. Thanks guys! See you when my personal vehicle is finished being repaired! Keep up the great work!
