I purchased basic plus wash. The tires did not get cleaned either. When I got home and began cleaning my tires , I noticed that my car was still filthy dirty. I will not return and will also be advising my family and friends not to waste their money here.

My vehicle did not look like it had been washed for both times I visited this location. Today when I went through the first time soap was still all over my vehicle, so I had to drive through it again.The 2nd time was not effective either, hardly any water came out and drying fan stopped drying before I reached it. Maybe it needs to be repaired by a technician, maybe a timer issue, either way I will not be going back to this location. I feel like it was wasted money.
