    Went thru the carwash it broke my mirror and after it took forever for them to get back to me they denied my claim that is horrible customer service there was nothing wrong with my mirror before I went thru there and the manager who wrote the report even said he probably shouldn't of turned it up so high

    Took my car here and during the wash my mirror was knocked off. After getting the run around they called me back saying they aren’t liable for fixing it. Poor customer service and the corporate office was very rude.

    I’m only giving two stars because the car wash does clean your car. But the attendant at the front does not speak or is dead. I asked her to please close in my side view mirrors and she blanketly stared at me and not in her head. She also is standing way too far close to the garage that you can’t see her as a customer pulling in. I told her that if she blanketly stared at me and not in her head again. Please hire people that can communicate with your customers or give them another job.

    I was not able to catch the young ladies name that took care of me. She actually brushed the front of my car, my mirrors, my windshield and rear my car. Kudos to that young lady and I wish I’d caught her name, but I was not able to, but that is the reason that I keep coming back to the car wash and pay by monthly dues. That is example of Service. That is the first time that the car wash on Highway 278 has actually done that in the last two or three months. That lady needs a raise and you need some more employees like her.

    I’ve been a Titanium member for several months now. I never had an issue till Friday March 20th, 2026. I went through the wash and half way through my car felt like it hit something which included a substantial thud on top of the bump. I reported the issue as there was damage to my rims from the car wash. Pics and video were taken and I was told someone would contact me after reviewing the video of my car going through the machine. Since I’ve been going there often as I have the monthly Titaniium membership and never had an issue before I assumed it was a fluke. So when my car invariably got covered in pollen I took the car back the next day Saturday and it happened again. A bump and thud halfway through the machine which led to more damage to my rims. The damage was minor but the car isn’t very old(2024) and I’ve kept it perfect till these 2 incidents. I made a report again but they tried to tell me the damage was there before going through there car wash when I know it wasn’t. I’m very anal about my car and I know and I empathize know the rims weren’t damaged before. Plus I have video proof as I took pics of the rims after the first time I got damaged just the day before and there was new damage the second day. They took pics etc, and again said I’d be contacted but no one ever did. No complaint # or reference number and no follow up contact. So they didn’t even follow corporate policy for their company. I couldn’t stand seeing the rims damaged so I paid out of my own pocket to fix the rims immediately. And it looks like Mister Car Wash got away with damaging my car. I’m leaving this review to inform other customers so they can protect themselves. If you choose to use them I suggest taking pics or video of your rims before going in or better yet having a dash cam to record any problems you experience going through their car wash so they can’t do to you what they did to me to you. Edit: I contacted the number in the response to my review here but it was to no avail.
