I already knew that when dealing with the stand alone locations there is always a chance that they will not have enough inventory for the demand. I had to wait a few hrs beyond my reservation time but I was ok with it since I was not on a time crunch. Lauren made it a pleasant experience because despite ask the chaos with customers complaining she still managed to stay calm and professional. I definitely don't blame the employees... it's a corporate issue for sure. My only suggestion is that enterprise upgrade there system and also make sure that these locations that are getting slammed have the ample amount of inventory at all times. That would solve the issue.
