The worker took time to check all tires, made sure the air was good, and talked to me and assured me that they were all right. I felt so much better about the rest of my road trip. I travel a lot to Alabama and Florida. I have stopped at several Mavis Tire places due to that tire light. I have never been disappointed and will always look for Mavis.

I took it to get a second opinion at Southern Tire, the guy immediately found a long nail in my tread that he could see coming through the inside of my tire. Weird how Mavis took it off the rim and everything but somehow missed that. I’m female so prob just taking advantage so they didn’t have to do anything smh

The young man at the front desk, Chris, assisted me and was extremely polite, attentive, and professional. I was there with my toddler and, as you could imagine, I was already feeling overwhelmed. Chris was very friendly and even made jokes with my toddler to help calm him down, which I truly appreciated. He also made sure I understood the timeframe for when my vehicle would be ready, and the rest of the staff was just as welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone helped every step of the way. I would definitely return to this service center. Great job, and thank you so much, Chris!
- CCChip CowanDec 19, 20255.0On 12-18-25 around 7:00pm I got flat tire on my vehicle and had to be towed. The vehicle was taken to Mavis Tires and Brakes on Hwy 142 in Covington, GA.. It was close to closing time a I was concerned that they would not be able to help me. The associate pulled my vehicle in and immediately started to work on it. He fixed quickly, and I was back on my way in about 20 minutes. Thank you!!!
