- HRholley roberts6 days ago5.0Today I was on my way to an important meeting in Atlanta with a car full of colleagues when my car messaged that one tire was losing air. I pulled over and saw a large screw in my tire. I searched to find a nearby tire store and Mavis in Covington was luckily 10 minutes away. I called to see if they could help and the nicest gentleman answered my panicked call and told me not to worry they could take care of it. I arrived at the location, they pulled my car back, and were able to patch it. We waited comfortably in the waiting area and were soon on our way. We made it to the meeting only a few minutes late. I was so encouraged to have the kind, courteous service that was over and beyond my expectations! I also appreciated the prompt and professional customer service on the phone. Well done and much appreciated!! I will highly recommend this location!!!
