After you have received confirmation for your vehicle they will call you the same day minutes before pick up to tell you they do not have a car. Then they will call you an hour later stating that they have one for you, only to arrive and receive a car with a flat tire.

She denied me a rental car even though I had a reservation, because I mentioned that I was going to express my concern by way of a review because she said I had to wait until she checked in about 5 people who came in the door at different times behind me instead of taking care of the first come first serve people that were already there in-front of her who had reservations. I had never experienced this at the counter before. I arrived early on purpose so I could get in and out just to have to wait. I said what if more people keep coming in the door does that continue to push back the wait. She ignored and took the next person. I really needed the rental because I was going out of state to visit a sick close relative and her actions cause me a serve inconvenience. This was poor customer service and needs to be addressed.
