I want to start by saying that Enterprise does have great employees and managers, specifically Lauren. She is polite, professional, and very good at what she does. I’ve also had excellent experiences at the Lithonia, Conyers, and other locations over time.
I’ve been renting with Enterprise consistently for about six and a half months and have spent well over $6,000 during that time, so this review comes from a long-term, loyal customer.
My issue was with a vehicle I rented from the Covington location. When the car was given to me, they had to put air in the tire beforehand, which I didn’t think much of at the time. However, once I had the vehicle, the dashboard showed the car was over 7,000 miles overdue for service, and the alert flashed continuously. Because of my busy schedule, I couldn’t immediately bring it back, but I did report it when I returned to the location the following week. I was told they would check on it, but it never happened.
The biggest issue was the tire. One tire kept losing air daily—sometimes dropping as low as 24 PSI. I had to put air in the tire every single day, sometimes multiple times a week. This caused me to be late to appointments and client meetings, which is unacceptable when renting a vehicle. I was even directed to go next door to their affiliated tire shop or handle the air myself, which I strongly disagreed with. If I’m renting a car, I should not be responsible for ongoing maintenance issues.
I eventually spoke with a manager and was told I would receive a free rental day, and that it was being entered into the system. When I followed up later, I was told the manager was on vacation and I would have to wait until she returned because they “couldn’t locate it.” That was frustrating, especially since another Enterprise location (Conyers) had previously issued me a free rental day immediately for a service-related issue without any problem.
When the manager returned, I ultimately received a $40 refund, which I felt did not match the level of inconvenience I experienced. Given the repeated tire issues, overdue service, lost time, and my history of spending thousands of dollars with Enterprise, I truly believe a free rental day (or more) would have been fair.
This situation left me disappointed. While I still appreciate many of the employees and locations, this experience has made me hesitant to rent from this location again unless it’s an emergency. I value customer service highly, especially when loyalty is involved, and unfortunately, this situation just wasn’t handled in a way that reflected that.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
To make a long story short. I rented a vehicle from this location. About a week later, I arrived to work one day and noticed that the trim of the drivers side door had came off. I immediately called Enterprise. I spoke with Braxton and I explained to him. I asked him if I needed to return the vehicle now and will it be considered as damaged (so that I would know how to proceed) he acted clueless so I asked him if I could send him pictures because I didn’t want any surprise fees in the end. He texted me his number and said if there was an issue that he would let me know. I sent in pictures. Hours passed and I didn’t hear anything. I called just to be sure. Braxton told the representative to tell me that he was busy but it was ok. Something didn’t sit well with me. I later that evening went by the store. Braxton didn’t come out, I spoke with Lauren and explained to her what happened and the pictures I sent Braxton. Lauren and I looked at the vehicle and she stated “ oh that’s fine, as a matter of fact I’m sure we have an extra piece in the back. Plus if Braxton didn’t say anything it’s definitely ok”
After reassurance, I left. Return the car about a week and a half later I finally meet BRAXTON. Remind him of everything. We go look at the vehicle and he immediately says “ oh that’s damaged and your insurance will have to pay $500! I’m like I know you’re lying after all I’ve done the past week to assure there was no issue. He claims that Lauren didn’t know what she was talking about and that she is new and he would get on to her. I explained he should have told me that after all the contacting that I did to assure that this wouldn’t happen, that was his responsibility. He said the car is damaged and can’t be rented out while like that BUT, HE NEVER TOLD ME TO RETURN IT, NEVER REACHED OUT TO ME AND THEY EVEN CALLED AND TOOK MY PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE TO KEEP RENEWING! He saw the pictures that I sent and NEVER stated that it was damaged and even let me continue to rent it but now that I’m returning he says he can’t rent it out. Make that make sense! He debited my card for over $300 for a $20 part that he looked up and showed me! I could have easily gotten the part and SNAPPED it back on had I know this. I’ve contacted customer complaints multiple times and have not gotten a response. I’ve tried to reach Jasmine (area manager) and no response yet. I haven't even received a final receipt nor anything showing detailed damages but my money is missing off my card! That’s not how you do business and these people took my money off my card fraudulently.
STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AS POSSIBLE! THEY WILL MISLEAD, LIE AND STEAL FROM YOU! Hopefully the other locations aren’t like this but I will never rent from an Enterprise again and I will be filing suit!
THEY DESERVE NO STARS BUT I HAD TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE STAR
