He noticed that my battery cables were in desperate need of cleaning and discovered that someone had previously rigged the cable using a nail just to keep it tightened. Matthew went back into the store, gathered everything he needed, and not only cleaned the area properly but also ensured the battery cables fit securely the right way—no shortcuts, no rigging. His attention to detail, integrity, and genuine care were truly impressive. I even tried to offer him a tip for his outstanding service, and he politely refused. That alone speaks volumes about his character. If we had more people like Matthew in the world, it would truly be a better place. AutoZone, thank you for hiring amazing representatives like him. Matthew is the perfect example of what real customer service looks like.

I tried to tip him he refuses to take anything from me just told me he was glad I made it there safely and was very happy he could easy the distress I felt trying to get there safely....I really Appreciate him because I didn't have no idea of how to replace my wipers. So kiddos to you Connor and Thank you😊
