  Stood in a line for 3 mins before the girl behind the counter quit cleaning her fingernails and said she can help me. She wring my stuff and said “oh you’re paying cash? I have to take you over here as she rolled her eyes! I paid then she put my change on the counter and slid it to me! No Customer service skills!

  My experience at the new auto zone was definitely above average. I came in needing help with my car and key fob and chase helped immediately. He analyzed the problem, got the part I needed and took care of the issue and he outta there in less than 5 min

  Terrible customer service. Even over the phone, i called and when answered they just sat there and said nothing until i had to say hello. Then they just said hello back…… Then at the end of the conversation didn’t say anything, they didn’t even provide me with the help i needed. I wouldn’t recommend this autozone.
