After waiting those 15 minutes, the associate finally said he would come out to check my check-engine light. He connected the machine to my car, and when the code appeared, he told me to take a picture, then removed the machine and walked away. I asked him what the code meant, and he replied, “I don’t know, Google it,” before leaving. The service was absolutely terrible from the moment I walked in the door.
