  These guys are great. Never try to oversell me on anything I don’t need. They noticed a gash in my tire and would not let me drive away until they had put my spare tire on for me. Always fast and courteous. I don’t go anywhere else.

  Full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Ended up finding a good coupon online paying 110 instead of 150. Yaaaasss! Also, I had a tech fix my trim on my car for no reason or charge. It was just because they were sweet, caring gentlemen, it was end of their day, they were a little bored, but also because I was a nonjudgmental, kind, fun customer who talked to the employees like a normal person. Did not know one of them but still kind, cordial, and down to earth. I work with them. Not above them.

  Everything was great and the guys were really nice... The only issue I have is once we left and I looked at the receipt it said that they had checked my windshield washer fluid and all of that stuff, and the receipt said it was checked and fine....But I know that's not true because I was empty on windshield washer fluid when I went in LOL. So I know it was empty when I went in and it was empty when I left... There that tells me that they're not actually checking everything, but putting on the receipts that they are checking them when they are not....And for the prices that they charge to have your oil changed, I feel like they shouldn't be skipping on anything !!!! Luckily I had a coupon which made it a great price but without coupon it's really expensive. When you could go to like a Walmart center and have it done for half the price of their original price they charge here lol... And they check everything and fill your washer fluid.... So for them to say they checked all that when they really didn't is kind of alarming to me. Now I'm wondering if any of the other stuff on my receipt was ACTUALLY checked or not...(Besides the filter, he showed me that so he did check that) But what about the other stuff ?? So idk !! Do to the coupon I had, it was a decent acceptable price. But without the coupon the amount they charge for their oil changes, I feel they shouldn't be skipping on checking anything....

  Jesse was a huge help when I visited the Cornelia, GA Valvoline store today. Everytime I take a vehicle to this location for an oil change, Jesse and the team always go above and beyond to make sure customers are pleased and want to come back, and today was no different. He gave me some honest information about some work that needed to be done on my car that Valvoline doesn’t perform, referred me out to a local trustworthy shop for repair work, and basically saved me quite a bit of money and time just by being honest and helpful. Even though they couldn’t help with the primary maintenance issue I was having, he kindly topped off the tires with air, checked the oil, air filters etc as a courtesy, and sent me on my way. I just can’t state the appreciation that I have for not only the honesty of Jesse and the team, but for the above and beyond service while I was sitting in the bay, which kept it from being a completely wasted trip. This location will always have my business while I’m visiting that area.
