  Josh Haney is so freaking cute and Dan is super nice. The staff was helpful & kind. Never had a problem & they are also very informative.

  Don’t go to get your transmission oil changed or checked if you have a Nissan with a deal ship lock on dipstick. I got my engine oil done here about-three months ago and in the paperwork it read good transmission fluid and they even said level was good! When I went back to get it checked, they told me that they couldn’t do it because there’s a dealership lock on it and they don’t have a dipstick for it. But how did they check it last time?

  I've used this place for over 4 years. I won't be going back. The service has steadily went down hill over that time. As soon as I get home from an oil change, I always pop my hood to look everything over. The last two times I've used this place there was an issue. The first issue was the oil filler cap was just sitting on the opening and not screwed on. Luckily I only live two miles away and in that short drive I didn't lose the cap. The last time I used this place, they didn't put the oil filter access door back on underneath my car. When asked about it, they said it was on when I left the shop. Considering it's held on by two screws and four clips, I doubt it fell off in the two mile drive to my house. Unless they half assed installed it. These two issues and the fact that they spill oil all over everything under the hood, don't drain the oil from the engine anymore, (they use the vacuum), and rarely fill the windshield washer tank and other things they say they do is why I changed to a locally owned shop for my oil change. Not to mention the new shop I use is almost half the cost of what Valvoline charges.

  I do NOT leave nasty reviews, and I rarely leave reviews at all. But this experience left me with no choice. I brought my truck into Valvoline Instant Oil Change for a routine oil and transmission fluid service. It was running completely fine when I arrived. Less than FIVE minutes after leaving the shop, I started experiencing serious electrical issues that I had NEVER had before. Whenever I go above about 3,500 RPM, my voltage gauge spikes and overcharges. My radio shuts off, and the electrical system goes haywire. This started immediately after the service — not days later, not weeks later — but right after pulling out. Before this visit, my truck had zero charging issues. Now I’m dealing with what appears to be alternator overcharging or wiring damage — something that can destroy a battery and electrical system if not handled properly. What made this even worse was the way it was handled. When I called to explain what was happening and ask for help, they hung up on me. That is completely unprofessional. I trusted them with a simple fluid change. Instead, I left with a potentially expensive electrical problem and zero accountability. Very disappointed.

  My fiancé and I both come to this Valvoline location for our oil changes, and the service is always wonderful. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional every single time we visit. I especially want to recognize Todd and Josh. Last week, I came in for an oil change and mentioned that my tag light was out. They were extremely helpful and took care of it for me while servicing my vehicle. They’re both very knowledgeable and always working with a smile on their faces. It’s rare to find a place that’s not only efficient but genuinely kind and customer-focused. I truly enjoy coming here and appreciate the great service every time!
