Today I needed a battery for my car Premium AGM H9 950cca 105 reserve battery. Mr. Ricky is an asset to this company. No one else would install my car battery. ONLY Mr.Ricky at Auto Zone said yes to the battery install. Ladies if you want an honest , knowledgeable professional ask for Mr. Ricky at Auto Zone in Cornelia Ga. It is worth the drive for honesty, skill and professionalism. He has respectful and christian attitude.

When there and bought the parts my Vehicle needed for a tune up. Then ran into trouble after part installation. The cpu though a code for multiple cynder misfires from the faulty ignition coil and a out of spec spark plug. Thought the store wouldnt help but was baffled being offered a refund or a parts exchange. Very helpful staff

Bait and switch tactics on oil and filters. They put oil and filter combos on sale but never have the right combination of oil and filters to get the discount. They will have the oil but not the right filter to match so you wind up paying way more than the advertised price. They also refuse to substitute a lower end filter by the same brand, despite the cost being less.

This particular store has a personal problem or something, big ol big ol big boy that just sits at a chair at the counter instead of standing to address customers is almost clueless about cars or car parts it’s actually like talking to a food salesman about car parts whole time they are sitting below you with you looking over a counter. Have had maybe 3 different times this other employee (I presume a manager) is a confused “lady” has given wrong misleading information to come to the conclusion that after a 3rd time that obviously my number is on record and maybe it’s intentional causing confusion just as confused as he/she is. I stop in and use this location a lot along with a lot of money spent as I keep up multiple vehicles myself personally, will no longer do business here and unless you want some weird drama and disrespectful customer service I recommend the next car parts spot literally multiple right around the block if not the same block .
