I had a bad car battery and alternator issue and needed both replaced. She helped me with a battery the first week and I ended up coming back for an alternator the next week and she remembered me. It always feels so awesome when an employee of somewhere remembers you after they see so many other people. She had a smile on her face and even if she was having a good day or not, she kept it positive and treated me well. I like going to this Advance because of the nice people I have had the privilege of dealing with.
