The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Recently while traveling to meet me on a Sunday afternoon, the plastic liner/ debris-cover under her car became partially detached after she hit a pothole. She pulled over and began to call around to see where she could take the car for repairs. All of the body shops around were closed and no tire shop would assist. She was forced to continue to drive it 45 minutes from Moultrie to our hotel (dragging all the way). I happened to notice that the Mavis shop near our hotel was open. I went in to explain our dilemma. Bobby, the store manager, couldn’t have been more sympathetic to this worried mama. By the time my daughter arrived, they were ready to get her car up on the rack immediately. They quickly reattached the plastic liner so that my daughter could safely make it back to Tallahassee. They explained what they did and made recommendations for a permanent fix later. Here’s the best part - Bobby didn’t charge us a DIME. In a world where it seems like EVERYTHING costs too much and human kindness isn’t always on display (I was fully prepared to pay at least for the labor/time) kindness prevailed. It was a perfect way for me to reinforce for my daughter in the moment that even when times seem challenging - God is always at the wheel. This timely testimony was exactly what we both needed. That liner and our trip to Mavis wasn’t free - it was priceless. There’s a difference. Thank you, Bobby and your team for excellent customer service and for being a blessing to our little family.
