  Excellent experience. Huge thanks to Gabriel and Rufus who both very kindly went above and beyond to help me remove a large sticker from my car windshield. Their advice and help was much appreciated. Super friendly and great customer service. We have consistently great service at the Covington location.

  The staff here is very caring and helpful with anything I need. The wash does a great job with cleaning my car i leave happy everytime

  Was not pleased with the wash or customer service received. I requested a refund with documented proof and they offered a free wash instead. I won’t be retuning to this location.
