  Let’s talk about this staff and how professional they are! They were so kind, knowledgeable and professional the entire time. They made sure that I was taken care of. The text messages with updates throughout the entire process of my car being fixed, gave me peace of mind that they were actively and intentionally trying to get me my car back quickly. My original date was the 8th. They got it done by the 1st and the work was absolutely incredible. 10/10 highly recommend this company. Specifically, I recommend this location.

  Thanks to the entire Gerber team (Conyers) from the front desk, in between to the folks in the repair shop. Thanks to Chrissy for keeping me in the loop every side of the way. She promise to make sure to give me updates every Tuesday & Thursday. Thank god it was a quick turnaround. I took vehicle in on Tuesday morning and work was completed on Friday of the same week after road trash damage entire bumper. Looked like I had been in accident with another vehicle. Thank god I was not. They also made the rental car experience so easy with Enterprise. Didn’t have to return car to Enterprise. Dropped with them and they returned. This entire process was smooth and easy. As with anything we all to have patience and I’m thankful it was a good experience. Gerber was one of the shop on my insurance list of shop and I recommend and will use again if ever needed for some else.

  Be careful if you’re considering this shop. I had body work done on my 2017 4Runner around October/November last year. Before bringing it in, I had installed a brand-new aftermarket headlight housing (on March 30, 2025). When I got my vehicle back, it had an old, yellowed housing instead. I brought this to their attention and even showed them photos with dates proving I had recently replaced it, but they refused to fix the issue or return my vehicle with the correct part.
