I'm back and forth from FL to GA all of the time. When in Fl, I go to a specific location in Miami. Whenever I'm in GA, I go to this location in Conyers. I've NEVER had a bad experience at either location until Wednesday 4/22/2026. I went in for an oil change and also a headlight replacement. They completed the oil change but I told them that I would be back for the headlight because I needed to leave and go pick my children up from school in the Monroe area. 10-15 mins after I left, an alert for "Low oil pressure" came across my dashboard. I called the store immediately to tell them. The person that answered (I only know his face, not name), said that I needed to turn around and come back. I explained that I couldn't come back, my children are in K4 and 1st grade, I couldn't just not pick them up AND I was closer to the school than I was to the shop. He said to me "Well sweetie, idk what to tell you. If I could come get you, I would but I can't so you're going to have to come back". I hung up. Blood boiling. I then googled to see if there was another Express Oil closer to the area that I was in. There was a location in Loganville. I called and explained what happened. By now, I am in the parking lot of the school. The guy instructed me to turn the car off, check the engine oil, and he walked me through the process and explained that I shouldn't drive because my engine could blow since all of the oil was out. He told me to have it towed to their location if I could, and he would take care of it for me. Super nice guy. I think his name was Mike. He then told me to keep him posted on my status and whatever I decide, call him back to let him know that I'm ok. I accidentally called the Conyers location back and so I hung up. The same guy from Conyers called back and asked if I was the girl with the white Jeep. I said yes. He asked where exactly I was. I said Monroe at my children's school. He said that someone would be coming to where I was so he had me to send the schools Addy in which I did. It took "Tete" over an hour to get there. He said that it was due to traffic. I expressed to him how upset I was because not only is it near 80degrees and my children and I were waiting in the hot sun (outside of the car), but this situation was A HUGE inconvenience for me. This was my only day off of work and I had things to do. He added the oil back into the engine and He proceeded to apologize and say that my next oil change would be free and that the store should have put coolant in my car also...oh, he also said that I should go back to the shop so that they can double check everything. Long story short, this wasn't my first time there but it was definitely my last. The whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth

I had a great experience getting my oil change today, all thanks to Landon. His customer service was top-tier from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that I felt taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience like he does. I’ll definitely be returning—and honestly, it’s solely because of him!
