    New location but very very unfriendly! Will never rent from this branch again! Sadly exactly the lady I had issues with is training new staff! I am renting since decades cars all over the world, and this Conyers branch gets the prize for the most unfriendliness to customers.

    The staff was professional and prompt. They answered questions and made sure I was satisfied with the rental before I left. I received my rental clean and with a full tank of gas. I am also extremely happy that the location I use is now open on Sundays.

    Absolutely sucks. This location does not have any vehicle that they have on their website for rent. They don’t make the effort to try and help their customers and their customer service sucks every single one of the agents are on unhelpful. The assistant manager Sarah Doyle will shout at you as well, doing this while the actual manager Jabari just stand and look at you.

    Had a wonderful experience at this location. Young gentlemen was incredibly nice and helpful, check in process was quick. They didn’t carry premium vehicles at this location, so got me into another SUV that was about the size of the one I drive. Car was clean and had almost a full tank. Appreciate the call after dropping it off, checking on how it all went.
