- APAlexander P.1 day ago1.0The young woman who was working with me needs further training. After putting the oil in, she went and got the oil vac and began removing oil and then stepped away. Another young man came and Stopped the vac and finished up. I drove back home and when I pulled up in the driveway my oil light came on. I had to return to the shop (at the direction of another technician) which was miles way with a low oil level warning. Once there they drained and refilled according to the manufacturer specs. I received no return sticker, and the young lady advised 7k mile interval despite my car having 135k miles. Smh need to be trained further because she’s gonna end up costing y’all big money. She never scanned the sticker in the door for the recommended intervals or oil amount.

They took care of my light and oil and suggested other things for my vehicle that I purchased. Usually when I visit this center the customer service isn't great BUT on this day it was great!
