Always nice and professional. The staff takes the time to review options, not just best price, but best warranty, road noise and such, so you can make the most informed decisions on your tires. The prices are excellent as well.

This is the absolute best service that I have ever received for my car, 2019 Highlander .This location exceeded all expectations. Randy is awesome, very professional. His knowledge regarding my car, the issues and helping me to understand what was needed is immeasurable. I was able to actually see everything we discussed. This location's technology is unbelievable too. Photos of the car underneath allowed me to vividly see the areas/issues we talked about, along with a printed out carfax. I came in for tires and received so so much more. I gained knowledge on needed work and why it was needed Being female I tend to question car care recommendations but I am very happy that I came here. I was hoping for good service and received excellent, top grade service. This is now my chosen care care location. Thank you Randy and Benny for providing me with a car care location that is trustworthy. Also the wait area is clean and comfortable which matters if waiting on work completion. Thoroughly pleased and thankful for Conyers Discount Tires/Randy.

When one has a disability it is not always easy or simple getting things done. This is why I called the store before leaving home to drive there. I asked the staff member who's name begins with a D, if he could price match the exact same tires from Walmart. The quote was considerably less than what Tire Discounters had quoted me. When he said yes, I asked again if he was sure. He said yes. Then I asked again because it was a considerable price difference. He said as long as I could show it to him and had evidence of Walmart's price, they 'had' to honor it. I drove to the store, persevering, and upon arrival, the story changed. He recognized me by my voice and said 'I just spoke to you'. I showed him the price on my phone. I walked him through from the start to final price, which included taxes and installation. Nothing differed from the amount I had said on the phone prior to coming. He then went and got the general manager, who said that the difference was that Tire Discounters included alignment. He said that the alignment was factored into the cost. I then stated that it said on the website that it states the alignment is free with a four tire purchase. He said it's not free it's factored into the cost. I repeated what was posted on the website. It appeared he was trying to find a reason to not honor what was said and I stated I did not want to argue. I have posted pictures of the quotes. I left the store but before I did the general manager stated he would give me a call. When he called he said again they wouldn't honor it and stated that Walmart's tires are 2-3 years old. They are new but have been sitting on the shelves. I mentioned that unless he has gone personally to view this inventory and know this is a fact, then this is just a statement not based in truth. He has no way of knowing how long they've been sitting there or what year the tires were made unless he worked at Walmart, which he does not. It seemed again this was a way to justify not honoring what was told. I think this matters because it isn't fair to tell someone something on the phone, have them leave their home and drive to your place of business, only to tell them something else. You never know what a person has to overcome or is dealing with in their personal life and the amount of effort it may take them to make phone calls and leave their house to drive. It just isn't fair to be dishonest.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
