The customer service at Tire Discounters is absolutely terrible, and the lack of accountability is even worse. The moment an issue comes up, everyone suddenly stops communicating. Calls go unanswered, messages get ignored, and you get bounced around without anyone taking responsibility. Employees make promises they never follow through on, and management refuses to step up when problems escalate. It’s the kind of place where mistakes happen, but instead of owning them, they drag their feet, give you the runaround, and expect you to just deal with it. The entire process is frustrating, disorganized, and completely unacceptable for a company that claims to value its customers. If you’re looking for honest communication, reliable service, or even basic professionalism, this is not the place. I would give zero stars if I could.
- JJjeff jackson5 days ago1.0Dropped my vehicle off for a routine oil change. While in Tire Discounters' control they failed to properly change the oil causing major damage. Per their version one technician drove the vehicle into the building for the service and after the vehicle was damaged ten technicians pushed it out the building. This business has cameras that cover both outside and inside movements and audio recording which will show everything Tire Discounter's technician did to my vehicle. Well I guess we are the lucky ones, they are telling us that it was a power surge and the footage is not available of moments the vehicle was being damaged. I would not suggest anyone to take their vehicle here for service. Please read previous reviews of customers and the complaints filed BBB. Complaints are corporate wide. I had to give one star in order to post.

I had to reschedule so I called to make changes. So the employee says sure you can reschedule you what time is your appointment I replied 9am and he said are you Courtney? Which I replied no and told him my name. He goes on to tell me he doesn't see my apptoinment anywhere in the system for service. Then tried to convince me.maybe I called the wrong place by saying perhaps it waa Discount Tires. I'm glad I kept my text confirming I indeed had called the right place. Wow! Just imagine IF I had kept my appointment, drove there only to be told my appt. Wasn't in their system! This would have been my first time doing business with them. So I wont be in the future.
