I arrived at Mavis frazzled after hitting and running over something on the expressway on yesterday. I was unexpectedly in need of two brand new tires. Mrs. Natasha patient and professionally dealt with my warranty company and had her team change my tires promptly. Mrs. Natasha told me to remain calm and assured me that her service technicians would take care of my vehicle and they definitely did. I would definitely recommend Mavis if you’re in need of tires and or service. This team is solid!!

I had to ask cause I can literally see them not working on my car… or any other one for that matter… came in for two new tires alignment and rotation.. currently sitting at 2 hours and waiting.. and there still isn’t anyone movement on my car.. it’s almost getting to be an expectation in this area.. sad really
