They did not have 2 of the 4 tires I was scheduled to receive; instead of inconveniencing me and forcing me reschedule/come back for the error, while I was already taking time from work to receive service, the manager immediately rectified the situation. Shane at the front was great as well. I was there early, so it was wonderful to receive that type of customer service first thing in the morning.

After about 30 minutes the guy at the counter said I needed rotors and pads on the rear which I already knew that. He said they had everything in stock. At 1pm I noticed the car was still sitting on the rack and no one has touched it since then inspection at 9:45am. But 5 other vehicles were brought in and being worked on. 1pm I ask the guy if they were planning on fixing the brakes on the car, he says we had to have your rotors delivered after he told me everything was in stock. Finally after 4 hours and 15 minutes I get the car back. That is the second time I have been to Mavis tire, two different locations and the will definitely be my last visit to Mavis tire. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!

- LSLewis ShilohOct 6, 20255.0I arrived at Mavis Tires & Brakes (929 Iris Dr SE, Conyers, Ga.) in order to purchase new tires for my 2017 Ram 1500 SLT. Gary engaged me and provided insight into which tires options were available. I made my selection and proceeded to wait. After some time passed, I asked for an update. Gary informed me that they had completed the tire installation, but they had discovered a problem with the sensor which notifies the driver of the vehicle when there is low air pressure in your tires. They had moved forward in an effort to diagnose the problem and would notify me they had fully diagnosed the issue and what solution s should be considered. Within a short period of time, they resolved & informed me further about the issue, brought me my key, and out processed me efficiently. They handle my initial request, diagnosed a separate problem and resolved it, and did so in an effective/efficient manner. Gary (& Jim) -- Jobs well done!!
