I was scheduled immediately when I called about my maintenance due light. (Thanks Deshon!) When I arrived they took my key and went to work right way. I was consulted about cost and time then went on my way. I was then contacted by Daniel who notified me about an issue with my tires. We discussed my options and I made my decision. What I love about this interaction is that I felt seen and heard. Upon my return to the shop to pick up my vehicle, I asked a few more questions which were addressed by Daniel and Anthony ( the tech who worked on my car). Hence the 6th star. These guys were great!!! I will definitely return to this shop for all my vehicle needs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
- GKGabby K.Oct 18, 20251.0Went here two weeks ago to get two new tires. Price was average. I knew my TPMS sensor was out. But they said it was okay. I don’t even think they checked it. Had to come back today to get the tired rebalanced because it was such a horrible job the first time that the front end would shake after 60 mph. I asked them to hand tighten the tire back on. He said the drill only had 80 psi. I asked him again to hand tighten it. His name was Daniel. They rebalanced both tired and seemed annoyed that I asked if they took off all the weights first. A different man said that’s what we are suppose to do. I felt like saying, well you were suppose to balance them right the first time. But that didn't happen. I waited and asked Daniel and he said he did. He also told me the TPMS was bad. I told him it was the first time I came there. He just shrugged. I also watching him watch an employee tighten the tire with the drill, with the hand ratchet in his hand. When I asked him about it. He argued that it was only 80 psi. I am done!!! Will never go here again and make sure you check their work because they can’t even balance two tires right!!! My car still shakes and I don’t trust them to balance it again and will go somewhere else. They might have to recalibrate the machine or learn how to use it right. Crazy! Such a huge waste of time.
