  I called at 4:30pm on a Friday needing a replacement tire. Fletcher checked the system that they had the correct size tire for the car and by the time I got to the store about 10 minutes later, the tire had been pulled and was ready to go on the car! Fast, efficient, and courteous which was very appreciated since I've had about the worst day of my life today.

  I have had routine maintenance done here three times now and every time I have been exceptionally pleased with my service. The entire team is friendly, professional, and efficient. The last time I came in was for a standard synthetic oil change, however I knew there were other routine issues to address with my vehicle. The technician assisting me, Troy, was knowledgeable and communicative about any work to be done. He was very quick with the service and very kind to me and my toddler (who is always ready for hi-fives). I certainly will continue coming here. It’s nice to find a place where you can trust that your car will be serviced with care.

  I came in for new rotors and brake pads for a 2020 Volkswagen Atlas without an appointment and was quickly serviced. I saved so much money by choosing here over the dealership. I’ve now had an oil change, tire rotation, and brake replacement and all experiences were good!

  Josh was amazing & give great customer service . he was very hands on & came to back & call when i needed him the most . he fixed every issue & tended to my every concern that i had . if it isn’t a manager of the store already , make him one . he deserves it 100% . out of 25 years of livin’ , i never this type of service anywhere not even retail nor in a restaurant . i wish there were more joshs’ everywhere because that is level of service & positivity that everyone needs in their life . i went to every tire & oil shop , but no one could help me & i was already havin’ a rough day then there was josh . he was there for me even told me what sales & discounts yall had to offer . thank you so much for everythin’ . this really made my day . if there is a woman in his life , she’s very lucky & special . hold onto her josh & never let go .
